We believe every pet should receive exceptional, loving pet care but his vacation shouldn’t cost almost as much as yours. It’s our goal to offer affordable pet care options to everyone with quality of care that is second to none! Our boarding policies are simple and designed for the comfort and welfare of our canine and feline guests!

We require all our guest to be current on the following vaccinations per your vet’s protocal. Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordatella - Cats: Rabies, FVRCP

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-1:00 & 4:30-6:30 Saturday 9:00-11:00 & 3:00-5:00 Sunday 9:00-10:00 & 3:00-5:00

Do you accept aggressive dogs? For the safety of our staff and other canine guests we do not. Please be honest about your pet’s behavior. If we cannot handle your dog safely, you will be called to pick him/her up. If you aren’t sure how your dog will do in a boarding situation, we offer a free assessment day, please give us a call to set to schedule.

Why do you close during the middle of the day? Your pet’s well being is the most important thing to us. Our hours allow our guests to rest. Dogs and cats sleep approximately 12-15 hours per day, we feel offering them “down time” gives them the rest they need and is beneficial to their boarding experience.

Why are divider panels on the patios a big deal? Most importantly they keep your dog safe! Our dividers are solid 3.5 feet up then chain link. Basic chain link between patios can lead to injury: dog’s have access to each others paws, ears, tails etc. Secondly, for their comfort. Can you imagine your pet feeling intimidated by being stared or barked at on both side by unfamiliar dogs?

Do I bring my own food? Please bring your dog’s food to alleviate any stomach upsets while boarding. We have Diamond Chicken and Rice on hand at .50 per cup if you choose not to. Food must be in a closable container, no bags or baggies per state regulations.

What should I bring for my pet? Toys, treats and a small blanket are welcome. We offer Kuranda cots in every suite for your pet’s comfort. We cannot accept stuffed bedding or blankets that won’t fit into the wash due to state regulations requiring all bedding to be laundered every three days.

What time can I check my pet in and out? Check in and Check out times are anytime during our lobby hours. Afternoon check outs are charged the daycare rate for that day.

When do I pay? You pay at check out for your boarding. We understand plans change due to unforeseen circumstances and vacations can be cut short, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas you only pay for the actual length of your stay.

Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it? Yes, we do upon reservation request. If you need to cancel, the deposit is refunded within 48 hours of boarding date for non holidays. Deposits are refundable one week prior to New Years, Spring break, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Veterans day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do charge a .036 service fee on all refunds, this is the fee we are charged by the credit card processing company.

Is there a minimum stay requirement? No, we can accommodate any length of stay.

Do you offer long term discounts? Yes, the discount depends on the length of the stay, please call our office for details.

How old does my pet have to be? For the health and welfare of puppies and kittens under 16 weeks, we do not feel a boarding facility is the best option for them as their immune system is not fully developed. Young puppies and kittens are eligible for boarding/daycare once they have received all their vaccinations culminating with rabies at 16 weeks and must be current per your veterinarian’s protocol.

Do you board other pets besides dogs and cats? Yes, please call our office for details.
